Lens X Machine is a 1.5 day intensive workshop that blends the best of photography and AI.

On top of static imagery, the course also explores image-to-video AI tools—showing you how to transform static visuals into compelling motion pieces that amplify your creative expression.

This workshop is led by Jayden Tan, a Singaporean photographer and artist at the forefront of merging real-world photography with GenAI.

He has extensive experience creating hybrid visuals for magazines, brand campaigns, movie posters, and commercial clients including Land Rover, ASICS, Rimowa, HP, and HONOR, with features in publications such as Esquire and Harper’s Bazaar.

  • Nope! The workshop is open to all levels. Having basic photography knowledge helps, but everything will be explained step by step. Beginners, hobbyists, and professionals alike will gain useful takeaways.

  • Not at all. You’ll be guided through the fundamentals of AI-powered visual creation. The course covers MidJourney, image-to-video tools, and introduces the latest AI platforms in a way that’s accessible to newcomers.

  • Yes — that’s the whole point. With only 10 participants max, everyone will get hands-on shooting time with a live model and dedicated AI practice sessions

  • Lunch is provided for Day 1 while refreshments and snacks are provided for both days.
